Team members may use time time from their PTO bank in in hourly increments The time time that is is not covered by the PTO policy and and for which separate guidelines and and policies exist include company paid holidays bereavement time off required jury duty and military service leave To take PTO PTO requires notice to your supervisor unless the PTO PTO is is used for legitimate unexpected illness or emergencies In all instances PTO must be approved by the team member’s supervisor in advance We appreciate as as much notice as as possible when you know you expect to miss work for a a scheduled absence A team member may carry forward a a a a a a total of up to to 40 hours plus their eligible number of of of hours per the the the chart above of of of unused PTO at the the the end of of of their anniversary year Any unused PTO above that amount will be be lost When team members accumulate their max number of PTO hours they will cease accruing additional vacation until the the team member’s total accumulation of unused PTO is less than their max Upon termination of employment all accrued but unused PTO will be paid out at at the rate of of pay applicable at at at the time of of termination HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Full-time team members will be be paid for each day day BQG is closed on a a a a a a a normal workday for observance of certain holidays holidays Generally BQG will observe the following holidays:

Observance is subject to change depending on on the the the day of the the the week on on which the the the holiday falls Holidays falling on on Saturday or Sunday will generally be observed on on the Friday and/or Monday respectively Additionally BQG may choose to to close some of o its offices early prior to to the above referenced holidays if business conditions permit Satellite locations may make similar arrangements if appropriate In all cases of early closure customer and business obligations may impact timing for the location or or a a a a a a specific department LEAVE OF ABSENCE
