Mandatory return standards include the following:

Interior
▪ Any rubbish is removed and disposed of;
▪ Main surfaces should be wiped clean and free of any substance and polished;
▪ All floors and seats vacuumed and free of any dirt or mud; and
▪ Return of 2 keys

Exterior
▪ The external body should be in a clean state with no excessive dirt; and
▪ Any dents or scratches should have previously been reported and sent for repair

Any vehicle found to have any un-reported or excessive damage would result in the colleague being held
liable for the cost of repair. The company reserves the right to deduct the cost of repair from a colleague’s
final salary.

12. Insurance

Full car insurance is provided to -
• company car users;
• Any spouses or partners (who lives at the same address and have completed the required driving
licence mandate);
• Any HSS colleagues, who have held a valid full driving licence for more than 12 months and who
have the company’s permission to drive the vehicle.

13. Monitoring and review

The HSS Group regularly monitors the operations and effectiveness of this policy to ensure it is achieving
the stated objectives. This policy does not form part of terms and conditions of employment and is subject
to change at any time.
