035 Winching a Star 6/10 (69907/69954)

A safe system of work is a formal procedure which results from systematic examination of a task in
order to identify all the hazards. It defines safe methods to ensure that hazards are eliminated or
risks minimized.

PPE! Make sure you have your safety Winch condition: as part of your documented

Attach the lifting chains to the manufacturer Mandatory Harness worn, fitted correctly and
approved winch point. attached to machine harness point, Lanyard
adjusted to its shorted length.
