Green Pepper Slaw


                   USING SLICER AND                        Mix  and  toss  lightly  to  coat  the  salad
                       SHREDDER                            vegetables.  Serve  in  a  bowl  lined  with
                   4 cups white cabbage                    crisp  lettuce  leaves  and  garnish  with
                       prepared with fine slicing          rings of sweet pepper.
                       plate
                   1 cup carrots prepared with
                       coarse shredding plate
                   1 cup green pepper, chopped
                   Mix vegetables together and
                   then pour over the following
                   dressing:
                   ½ cup mayonnaise
                   1 tsp salt
                   pinch pepper
                   ½ tsp celery salt
                   2 tbsp sugar
                   1 tbsp vinegar
