Apple Jelly
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Dissolve the sugar and gelatine in water
½ pt apple juice over a low heat. Add apple and lemon
juice of 1 lemon juice and cloves.
¼ pt water Allow to cool. Remove any scum which
3 oz sugar may have formed.
2 level dsp gelatine Remove cloves, stir in colouring and
2 cloves pour into mould to set.

Iced Pineapple
USING JUICE SEPARATOR Dissolve sugar in water – set aside to
1 lb fresh pineapple for cool. Juice pineapple and lemon. Add
juicing the juice to syrup. Pour into refrigerator
