Celebrating Father Valle's 25th anniversary o f his ordination to the priesthood.
“Carrollton feels like home and makes me very happy. I came here as a
very young priest and now I’m an old priest and I hope to be here until I
die. You all call me father and I feel like a father more at Carrollton than
in any other place in the world.”
Father Robert Va.lee attended Miami schools growing up, received a
degree in psychology at FIU and Master's and PhD in Philosophy and
Theology in Louvain, Belguim.
He came to Carrollton in 1990, where he has served as School
Chaplain performing hundreds o f First Communions for our second
graders. Father Vallee has also supported our alumnae by performing
their marriages and baptising their children.
In addition, Father Vallee is a priest for the Archdiocese and teaches
philosophy at the seminary.
