On May 25, 2000, the

I entire student body and faculty,
along with many RSCJs and
alumnae, went to St. Mary’s
Cathedral to attend the Solemn
I Eucharistic Celebration of the
Feast of St. Madeleine Sophie
Barat.
The Most Reverend John
Clement Favalora, Archbishop
of Miami, celebrated the Mass
and emphasized the importance
that Madeleine Sophie gave to
being one with the Heart of
Jesus, human relationships, and
the work of education.
