                      Dear Carrollton senior,
                           On behalf of the President and the Board of Trustees, it is my pleasure to inform you of your acceptance to The
                      Catholic University of America for Fall 2009.  You have been admitted into the School of Arts & Sciences.
                      Congratulations!
                           As the national university of the Catholic Church and the only higher education institution founded by the U.S.
                      bishops. The Catholic University of America prides itself on attracting well-rounded, academically successful students
                      to join a thriving center of scholarship and academic life.  In such, we hope that you will avail yourself of the numerous
                      opportunities to broaden your perspectives in the classroom, within the campus community and throughout the city of
                      Washington, D.C.
                           In order to reserve your place at The Catholic Uni versity of America, you must complete and return the
                      enclosed Enrollment Deposit Form along with a non-re fundable deposit as soon as possible.  For your convenience, you
                      can pay this deposit on-line using your student identification number, which is 2328164 at http:J/admissions.cua.edu.  In
                      mid to late March, our office w ill begin sending official scholarship and need-based financial aid award packages.  This
                      mailing will include details on all federal and state loans, grants and work-study options for which you qualify, based on
                      the information you will provide on the 2009/2010 FAFSA, using your newly completed 2008 tax data.  Please refer to
                      the enclosed Admitted Student Checklist that outlines other procedures necessary for you to complete your acceptance.
