IFun Coving, free spirited, and hardworking
exemplify the attitude o f Carrollton stu
dents. "Qirls zoiCC he Qirls" iCCustrates the
            enthusiasm that students have toward
schooC and portrays them as dedicated stu
dents, athletes, headers, and young women
who wiCC carry schooC spirit in everything
            they do.
Despite the time taken by homework,
sports, and service, students know they zviCC
gain quaCities that wiCCheCp them evolve into
mature, independent women who are ready
to take on any task, and willing to overcome
            any obstacle.
2Ina Carreno, senior, expressed it Best
when she said, “the idea of 'girls will he girls'
symbolizes the energy, excitement, and spirit
that students exhibit in all areas of their
            lives. “
This theme personifies the physical, emo
tional, and intellectual side of Carrollton
present within every member o f its communi
ty. 'These characteristics can be seen by the
excitement on a student's face when she gets
a good grade, by the spirit and enthusiasm
that electrifies the school when one of its
sport's teams zvins a game, and by the overall
            passion students have to excel.
Carrollton girls display a continuous ener
gy charge that sparks every one they meet in
the classroom, in the field, and in the commu
            nity. Students, through their responsibilities
and involvements, are able to demonstrate
their high level of spirit, joy, and enthusiasm,
which truly reveals, in the most positive
fashion, that “QirCs zvill be Girls." .
