The Solution Finder

The Solution-Finder / Problem Solver looks at what they would like to be

different. They then work out the first baby step to get them there.

They look at what support and resources they might need and take steps

to get the help they need.

If you are a solution-finder, you might hear yourself saying:

It’s ok – it didn’t work this time,
The isn’t quite right for me … so I’ll try something different.

             I wonder who could help
with this issue … Who else have I seen

                                                                                                        manage this? Let me
What skills could I use to sort think how they did it.

                               this?
I’ll use a mind map to

I’ll just keep going – one write down the ideas
step at a time. I’ve got and show it
                                                                                                               to a friend .
