The Solution Finder
The Solution-Finder / Problem Solver looks at what they would like to be
different. They then work out the first baby step to get them there.
They look at what support and resources they might need and take steps
to get the help they need.
If you are a solution-finder, you might hear yourself saying:
It’s ok – it didn’t work this time,
The isn’t quite right for me … so I’ll try something different.
