5C  of the week: Feeling Capable






























                           I explained that when we feel CAPABLE, dopamine is released into our












                           body and we feel good.
















































































































































































             ▪ Feeling capable at lots of things is SO important. When we feel good at















                               something and we achieve, dopamine is released into our body. It feels
















                               great and motivates us to work hard, try new things and meet new people.

































             ▪ We talked about different things you feel really capable at. I told you how















                               the work with Naomi showed you are better than most people of your age at
















                               Language Strengths.

































             ▪ Start collecting photos, notes, pictures and other evidence of things you feel
















                               capable at.  You could place them on a big piece of paper and put it up















                               somewhere you look at regularly. Ask your family to add to it.
