Reducing stress: problem solve ahead of time



























                       We can reduce stress by preparing ahead of time.


























                       Think about times when you do not feel so great.





















                       What is behind the unpleasant feeling? Which of the 5Cs is unmet? Is




















                       there anything you can do to improve this? What could you ask for





















                       ahead of time? A quiet space? A certain seat? To sit next to a certain




















                       person you feel safe with?

                       We can also work at reducing stress by doing things that lower our
