Experiences impact on levels of stress chemicals in the
body. This in turn impacts on how someone reacts.
Yellow: when my needs are met well, I feel Green: if I have enough Feel Good Chemicals
free from stress. I feel calm, connected and in my body, I can tolerate some stress and
engaged. stay calm and confident.
Blue: when my needs aren’t met, I may feel Red: when my needs aren’t met over and
threatened & become defensive. over, I go into toxic stress. I am on high alert
