3. Making the difference to future brains: BCEs/PCEs
▪ We cannot change children’s pasts, but we are very powerful to change their
futures.
▪ Keeping a tight focus on these BCEs / PCEs – assessing how well they are met with
children and helping children to plan (not doing a plan to children) how these can be
met even better for them.
