General advice on reducing stressors:









       ❑           Help children find the right scaffolds and strategies so they

                   feel ‘I can’.




       ❑           Work with children to help them find their ‘inner calm’ and


                   give times to ‘being calm’  - this may be jumping, running,


                   dancing, classical music or breathing. Help children find the

                   best for them.




       ❑           Try strategies to help children find calm.





       ❑           Help children understand

                   their needs and prepare to


                   meet them in ways that are

                   good for everyone.
