1. Whenever you have an unpleasant
feeling, decide whether it is Growth
Stress, Tolerable Stress or
Dangerour Stress.
2. If Growth Stress, remind yourself
that the unpleasant feeling will not
last forever – it will stop. Can you
stick with it?
