Planning for things to go well
We have fun! Home and school are great places to be
where we laugh, smile and feel energised.
Adults have a plan in how they will work with us to fill our
5C Needs– they don’t leave it to chance.
This plan also helps to keep our blue stress as low as
possible so it doesn’t turn toxic.
We are given daily opportunities for emptying our stress
balloons – a two-minute discos, a walk in the nature
garden, cloud watching or mindful breathing minutes.
