Experiences impact on levels of stress chemicals in the
body. This in turn impacts on how someone reacts.
Yellow: when my needs are met well, I feel Green: if my Big 5 Cs are met well, I can
free from stress. I feel calm, connected and tolerate some stress and stay calm and
engaged. confident.
Blue: when my needs aren’t met, I may feel Red: when my needs aren’t met over and
threatened & defensive. over, I go into toxic stress. I am on high alert
