Speeding up our brain signals through practice
Let’s say you practise kicking a football at a goal.
If you kept practising, the part of your brain used
for kicking accurately would become denser – there
would be more brain circuits.
The coating (myelin sheath) of the neurons would also be thicker.
This would mean the information
passing from one neuron to another
would be faster.
And the faster the information travels,
the easier it will be for you to kick the
ball accurately!
