     1. Keep looking out for your strengths:
                                            Look through the cards and get to know the
                                            different sets and the types of strengths
                                            within each set.
                                                                                                                                                 Over the few weeks, at the end of each day,

                                                                                                                                                 strengths you feel
                                                                                                                                                 you have shown during the day.
