The Mind Wanderer





        Some people find it hard to block INSIDE distractions: their mind


        wanders to different thoughts and ideas about things that do not help to

        complete the task.





        They find it hard to keep their thoughts


        only on the thing they are doing,

        watching or listening to.






        It is as if there is no net or sieve INSIDE


        their head – any idea or thought gets in.




        This can make it difficult to finish a task in

        time.




        When their mind wanders, they may miss


        information or instructions.
