Control Centre Skills
The front part of our brain (its fancy name is the ‘pre-frontal
cortex’) is a bit like a ‘Control Centre’ because it keeps everything
going smoothly.
This part of our brain has neural circuits in
charge of important Thinking Skills.
We need these Thinking Skills to learn in
lessons, do homework, get on with others and
to enjoy activities outside of school.
