As we discovered in the ‘Brain Building’ unit, some children have
strong brain circuitry due to lots of great experiences.
This means they will have stronger Control Centre Skills and find
it easier to focus attention, be flexible and manage big feelings .
Other children won’t have
such strong brain circuitry
in the Control Centre of
the brain.
