Working Out Windows
A tool for solving conflict between two or more people.
It provides a simple structure for young people to follow to resolve peer conflict.
A SOLUTION WHICH MEETS
BOTH PEOPLE’S NEEDS
▪ Each person is given time (it can help to use a timer) to explain their point of view.
▪ The other person listens to understand. Their only response should be to repeat what they
understand the other person to be saying & to ask Clean Questions.
▪ Once all parties have explained their concerns, they work at finding a solution that works for all.
