The ConEDsequence

ConEDsequences build the brain
A conEDsequence is a way of coaching and problem-
solving which takes the issue of the behaviour
seriously whilst being carried out in a spirit of
kindness and support. No blame, no shame.
A conEDsequence uses coaching to:
1. PROBE: Work out needs, stressors & missing skills
2. PLAN: the scaffolds & skills practice needed to manage better next time
3. PROTECT: Plan how to protect others from harm whilst skills are built.
4. REPAIR: Focus on the child taking responsibility to repair harm done
