Reframing behaviour: the aim should be to work out the unmet

                    needs and missing skills beneath the visible behaviours

     We can use carrots and sticks to quash behaviour for the moment – but it will likely pop up again. ​
     Helping children to understand and address (in prosocial ways) their unmet needs and build missing skills

     is the best way to secure change that lasts.​
