▪ Helping a person notice and describe their feelings & energy more accurately is the first step in
being able to self-regulate successfully.
▪ It helps the person to work out when things aren’t ok for them – to identify stressors.
▪ It also helps them work out what helps them to feel good, predict needs and ‘Prep4Best’.
