Take it one day at a time.

Whenever you feel unpleasant,

Remind yourself that the unpleasant
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   feeling will not last forever – it will
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   stop.
