Build A Strength-Based Support System
The key to supporting neurodivergent colleagues is to
build a strength-based support system so that they can
work at their best.
Find out their neurodivergent strengths: creativity,
attention to detail, following rules, etc.
Maximise their strengths and support them to take on
roles and design work specifications built for those
strengths.
Help them design adjustments which properly
support their neurodifferent challenges
