Strong Flexibility

                                                                  Checklist

                  SKILL RAG

                3. I CAN SEE THINGS FROM MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES

                a. I interpret what I see and hear accurately based on evidence. I do

not over-generalise by saying things like “They all hate me!” I’m

stupid” or “This always happens to me!”

                b. I can imagine and think of different possibilities. I can think

                   hypothetically.

                c. I can think of different reasons for someone doing something or

something happening e.g. I can think of different reasons why my

friend did not say good morning to me.

                d. I can imagine how things may have been for other people; I can

see things from different viewpoints (see Chair Swap model)

                e. I can look at situations from lots of different angles.

f.I can put things into perspective e.g. I can see that my phone screen

breaking is not as bad as the death of a pet.

g.I can change my position or views on something when I am given

                   evidence for a different viewpoint.

                                                                                                                                                                                 158
