3. I CAN SEE THINGS FROM MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES
a. I interpret what I see and hear accurately based on evidence. I do
not over-generalise by saying things like “They all hate me!” I’m
stupid” or “This always happens to me!”
b. I can imagine and think of different possibilities. I can think
hypothetically.
c. I can think of different reasons for someone doing something or
something happening e.g. I can think of different reasons why my
friend did not say good morning to me.
d. I can imagine how things may have been for other people; I can
see things from different viewpoints (see Chair Swap model)
e. I can look at situations from lots of different angles.
f.I can put things into perspective e.g. I can see that my phone screen
breaking is not as bad as the death of a pet.
