     5C  of the week: Feeling Connected
                           I reminded you how, when we feel CONNECTED, oxytocin is released into
                           our body and we feel good.
                        We talked again about how:
                        ▪ Having good connections is REALLY important.
                        ▪ Good connections help us to feel loved, cared for and loveable.
                        ▪ We can learn ways to build great connections with others.
                        We then looked at 5 roads to building good connections (more information
                        on the next pages).
