Signs of Stress: Danger Brain:
We talked about how, when the brain thinks it is under threat, it turns down
the part of the brain that can think rationally and make good decisions.
We call this ‘Danger Brain’.
I explained that, if you haven’t yet got great at regulating big feelings,
being flexible and controlling impulses, you may react in one of the threat
responses below:
This can happen to everyone. The first step is to notice when this happens.
