KEEP A STRENGTHS JOURNAL



























                      a)Pin each Strength card to a wall or stick each card into


















                                            the pages of an empty notebook.



































                      b) If you like technology, you may prefer to take a photo of

















                                            each card and keep it in a folder on your phone or an


















                                            electronic folder like OneNote.


































                      c) At the end of each day, look through the cards and


















                          decide which strengths you have shown that day.



































                      d) Write what you did to show that strength on post-its

















                           and stick the post-its around the card that shows that


















                           strength (see next slide)


































                      e) Whenever you feel less capable, look through your


















                           Strengths Journal.
