                             2. Brain Building: We looked at how the brain is built and what























                             happens when we repeat things over and again. This is called























                             ‘neuroplasticity’. I showed a video about neuroplasticity.

















































                             3. Brain Habits: I explained about helpful and unhelpful habits.


















































                             4. Things to think about: I suggested you and Al think through your






















                             helpful habits – it sounds as if you have loads of them.
























                             Also, see if you can think about one or two habits which are less























                             helpful in helping you to feel great and do well in the future.
