KEEP LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR STRENGTHS:






























                               Keep looking through the cards and get


















                               to know the ten different sets and the


















                               types of strengths within each set.






































                               At the end of every day, look through the cards with an

















                               adult.






































                               Pick out any strengths you feel you


















                               have shown during the day.





































                               Ask the adult to pick out any strengths they have seen.






































                               Think about the strengths you have seen in other people


















                               (adults or young people): did you see any you would like


















                               to build in yourself?
