Being brain best: Feeling capable
When we:
▪ feel good at something
▪ achieve a goal
▪ manage to do something we could not do before
▪ win or get something we wanted
something actually changes in our body.
A special natural ‘feel good chemical’
called dopamine is released into our body.
This makes us feel great!
Feeling capable is REALLY important if we
want our brain to work at its best.
