                       1. Get Brain Fit – improve your attention!

































                       Practise keeping all of your thoughts on the task you are doing or












                       the thing you are looking at or listening to:






























                       ▪ Watch the animation (find the link on slide 34)



























                       ▪ Rehearse this with an adult each day



























                       ▪ Write down how long you manage to keep your attention on the task –












                                         blocking out all of the inside and outside distractions.



























                       ▪ See if you can improve your attention a little bit each week. Keep a track












                                         of your progress.



























                       ▪ When I see you at the next session, bring some evidence of your












                                         progress.



























                       Improving your attention will make a BIG difference to your life!
