Sensory needs:
▪ What sensory input do you need to feel at your very best?
▪ Do you prefer noisy or quiet? Busy or still? Bright or dimly lit rooms? Does your
body need lots of movement or does it feel ok staying still?
Knowing your sensory needs means you can plan ahead to feel ok.
It also means you can let others know what you need. It will help you to
feel in control.
