Don’t leave things to chance!:
1.Carry out Prep4Best for the week ahead.
Decide a time to do this. Start by doing this with a family
member until it becomes a strong habit. Set an alarm and
put it in your diary – make the habit as easy as possible to
build.
2.Create a daily routine where you take a few minutes
to Prep4Best for the next day. Link it with one of your
regular routines (look back at your habit building on page 48
and 49 of this booklet).
