manage.

We need to help children understand their ‘needs seeking’

and ‘brain threat’ words and actions.

Why? Because it is tough to change something we do not

understand. Understanding is the first step.

We can help children take charge of and improve their

neurobiological over time. Let’s not leave it to chance.
