    ▪ Try experimenting with sleep hygiene routines –


    ▪ Set up a night routine e.g. …. alarm at 12:00 … screens off by 12:00 in bed at 1:00 a.m.


    ▪ Try different ways to improve sleep:

          o What difference does making the room super dark make (with blackout curtains or eye mask)?


          o What difference does eating earlier or later make?


          o What difference does exercise during the day make?


          o Is there a link between the number of steps during the day and the amount you sleep?
