I attach my application for assistance from a McKenzie Friend at the hearing in Brighton

scheduled for 28 January 2020 at 11.00am and an explanatory narrative.
I have limited the attachments to the bare minimum. Please let my father - Michael Comer -
know If there are documents referred to, but not attached, to that you would like to see.

I am sorry that the recovery of property your client claims to have left behind in Nutley Place
has not progressed as had I had hoped. My youngest son - Joshua - has been desperately ill
and we continue to be very worried about him. Ten days ago, a helicopter was sent from
Pembury Hospital to rush him into the A&E department. Although he has been discharged he
needs my constant attention and multiple hospital appointments.

I am copying this letter by recorded delivery and email to the Administration Team at Lewes
County Court with a request that it is added to the Court file and brought to the attention
of the Judge.

I am also sending a copy directly to your client to give him more time to correct any factual
errors or omissions In the narrative. I hope this does not breach any protocol. It is Intended to
be helpful.
