• On 14 July 2018, the Claimant called in on LPJS's parents "to let them know" he

and LPJS had agreed to separate and he "wanted everything back". When MJC
questioned him, he said it included the £500,000 which he "regarded as a loan",
the cars for LPJS and Sam Siggers and "just about everything else". LPJS's parents
were staggered and brought the meeting to a quick end. As he was leaving the
Claimant said he hoped they would remain friends and "maybe we can meet up in
Portugal". They could not believe it 128 !

• The Claimant defamed LPJS with friends to whom she had introduced him and
ignored the four children who loved him more than they did their natural father;

• He continued to work as a ground training instructor at £450 a day;

• He removed LPJS as a director and shareholder in CRS Aviation Ltd without her
knowledge or permission;
• He met 129 a young lady 3 - named Rhea Harrison 3 - and in short order announced

on Face Book that they were engaged and due to marry in the spring of 2020;
• He bought a £200,000132 oceangoing boat, based in Portimao, Portugal and a
variety of luxury cars in the UK;

• He did not move his natural children to live with him in the UK and pay for them
to attend private schools which he claimed was an important reason for demanding
repayment of his "loans" to LPJS;
• He intruded into Nutley Place and removed property without giving any
description or receipt. The police were called, recorded the incident and cautioned
the Claimant to stay away from LPJS;

• On or about 30 October 2018, while LPJS was driving her daughter to school, the

Claimant drove dangerously, at high speed inches behind her, flashed his headlights
and sounded his horn. In an email dated 31 October 2018 at 10.46, he admitted

doing so "only to wake you up and face reality". The police were informed.

• He issued proceedings to be served on Christmas Eve 2018 and has kept up
relentless pressure on LPJS ever since. The Claimant has spent his time on vacation -
travelling the world with his fiance or enjoying his ocean-going boat and luxury
cars.

143. In the meantime, LPJS has worked and struggled to retain her "sacrosanct" home and
keep her children at school and university.

The subsequent exchange of emails will be highly relevant if this case goes to trial
