I support the sites being developed and believe that Ashgrove Homes Limited and GCP
               Developments (Ltd) are reputable and capable of delivery: possibly contingent on the
               WH:EDF and WH:LIC sites being approved in an integrated or linked scheme.

               My problem is with the capacity, density and design of the current schemes and the impact
               the developments would have on the village, traffic flows and on the value and amenity of
               adjacent homes.

               Finally, I ask you and the developers to consider a section 106 or other order to provide
               Ashbourne Park with a separate entrance onto the A22 or a connection to the existing Pips
               and Pips Cottage drive.  This would protect our mainly elderly residents from construction
               and future traffic problems. It would also benefit the developer by releasing our existing
               access, thereby providing an uninterrupted building line throughout the entire WH:LIC site: of
               course, subject to a new planning application and public consultation.
               I do not speak for other residents of Ashbourne Park, but I believe most are likely to support
               this idea.
