I urge you to disclose the above and respond to the questions raised in my letter of 9

October 2018.

Finally, I repeat that I do not oppose the development of the WH:LIC and WH:EDF sites but
object to your attitude and repeated breaches of process. I urge you to afford me and other
opponents of the planned developments equality of hearing before your report is finalised
and to confirm that the final decision will be taken by the Planning Committee.
