Comply fully with the International

Code of Marketing of Breast-milk

Substitutes and relevant World Health

Assembly resolutions.

Formula milk must not be accepted free , but has to be

bought at market prices.

The hospital is required to follow the Code for the

Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes of which the U.A.E. is a

signatory.

Formula companies must not promote their products within

the hospital, sponsor events or distribute free gifts.
