Faulty electrical equipment

If electrical equipment fails for any reason, the following

procedure need to be followed:

Switch off appliance immediately.

Remove plug from socket.

Place an “Out of Service” label over the on/off switch/Inform

the department supervisor and the maintenance department

on 8666.

Appliances are checked periodically and repairs carried out

by a competent person and has to be labeled
