                    The quantity of light
                    in transparent media
            N.B decreases as the
                    thickness of the
                    media.

                   5-Light travel in straight
                              lines:

Light propagate (travels) in straight lines in transparent media and its
          thickness can be controlled.

                      6-Light intensity
                        (Brightness):

It is the quantity of light falling perpendicular on a unit area of a surface in

          one second.

So, we conclude the inverse square law of light:

Light intensity of a surface is inversely proportional to the square of the
distance between the source of light and this surface.

                       Light intensity ∝
