Sun is the primary source of energy for all organisms to live.
It is necessary for all living organisms as:
The energy we
get from food
originally comes
from the sun.
1- Plants depend on sunlight to make their food by photosynthesis.
2- Animals feed on plants or other animals or both in feeding.
3- Bacteria and fungi feed on decomposing dead bodies.
Energy flows through an ecosystem from plants to animals
when animals eat each other then they die, their energy is
returned to the soil.
