Subsets
A subset is a set where all elements of one set are also elements of
another set. If set A is a subset of set B, this means every element in
A is also in B
A?B: meaning all elements of Aare in B, but A is not equal to B
(A is smaller than B)
?If A is not a subset of B, we write A B
Remark:
1) Ø is subset of any set.
2) Any set is subset of itself.
3) ? and ?is relation between an element and a set.
??) ? and ? is relation between two sets.
